RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND COMPLAINTS
WHAT CAN I DO IF I DON'T LIKE THE ITEM I ORDERED, OR IF IT DOESN'T FIT?
You can return any item ordered from the comma online shop within 14 days of receipt by using the mailing label provided to the following address:

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Mail your item(s) back using the carrier of your choice. Please obtain shipping insurance as you are responsible for the items until we receive them.
We will re-credit the amount of your purchase to your credit card account immediately after the goods have been received and processed. You will not be reimbursed for shipping fees incurred when returning goods.
Please note that items must be returned in a condition appropriate for having been checked normally by customers - more or less the same as if you had tried them on in a store - and that items must still have the original tags on them. We reserve the right to refuse items returned in a worsened condition such that indicates additional usage, and to charge you accordingly.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE?
If you would like to exchange an item, simply return it within 14 days of receipt.
The goods desired in exchange must be reordered. A direct exchange or offsetting against a replacement item is unfortunately not possible.
Items bought in the comma online shop cannot be exchanged in or returned to brick and mortar retail stores. Likewise, items bought in brick and mortar retail stores cannot be exchanged in the comma online shop.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO COMPLAIN ABOUT AN ARTICLE?
A complaint can be made about an item purchased in the comma online store within the statutory warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Please send us an e-mail with the corresponding invoice number and a meaningful picture of the reason for the complaint.
Please address complaints about articles from trading partners or other online retailers to the respective retailer. Our online team cannot help you with this or reimburse you for costs.

The statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase also applies here. Proof of purchase is therefore required to help you.
