HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

We ask for this information before each order is completed. Here you can log in, register for a new account or, if you wish, place an order as a guest. By clicking on "My account" in the top right-hand corner, this input mask also appears.
After filling in all the fields, choosing a strong and secure password and agreeing to our terms and conditions and data protection regulations, click on "Register now" to create a customer account. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail.
From that moment on, you can start shopping immediately with all the advantages of a customer account. In order to also be able to use the advantages of the comma Fashion Card, consent is also possible there. This does not happen automatically.

As a registered customer, personal data can be saved in "My Account". Order status and orders can be viewed at any time.

In "My Account" under the menu item "Profile", personal details can be changed and the password can also be renewed. Since not all data can be changed in the browser or the app, our customer support can help here.

HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

For security reasons, it is not possible to delete an account on your own. Our customer service can help you with this.

WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING THE NEWSLETTER?
