A few years ago, Tini fulfilled her biggest dream and founded her own theater. Her work as an actress then showed her how much she would like to pass on this feeling of autonomy to others. She knows that it is her calling to motivate people to believe in themselves, to have visions, to know their own needs and to live their own authentic lives: "We women want to live our lives in a self-determined and empowered way. We want to feel free and not be dependent on the opinions of others. We want to live our own needs and not be controlled by others. We want to value ourselves, be full of self-confidence and let go of things that are not good for us."

Take care of your mental health
What about your mental balance? We can only make full use of our abilities if we are mentally healthy. But how can I recognize when it's too much? How can I reduce stress and build up more resilience, learn a different way of dealing with stress? In this workshop, we will show you how to recognize the body's signs and, above all, how to react and deal with them.

As an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, Nina also wants to share her experience outside of her therapeutic work. Her workshop is about understanding how the psyche works, what the brain does to make you feel either good or bad. What do people who regulate themselves well do differently from those who are not yet so good at it? Participants in the workshop will learn how to reflect on themselves and react better to stress.
